School Uniforms

College Park students wear a uniform to school everyday with the exception of scheduled Spirit Days and Free Dress Days. Please refer to the chart below for uniform guidelines. We encourage all families to provide a spare change of socks, underwear, and clothing in student bags and mark all coats, jackets, shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts and backpacks with your child’s full name and room number so lost items can be returned.

Tops

Clothing type	Permitted	Notes
Shirts Blouses	Solid white polo, plain white, logo free T-shirt or button down blouse	Shirts with large logo, signs, are not permitted except for College Park T-shirts! (For sale by our PTA)
Sweaters Sweatshirts	Solid navy blue pullover or cardigan	Students may not wear hoods or hats in class or during assemblies but are encouraged for sun protection outside. College Park sweatshirts are great!! (For sale by our PTA)
Jackets	Solid navy blue pullover or cardigan	College Park jackets and vests available by special order in August.

Bottom

Clothing type	Permitted	Notes
Pants	Navy blue, preferably twill or corduroy	Jeans, excessively baggy pants, yoga pants or sweats are not permitted
Shorts	Navy blue, preferably twill or corduroy	Excessively short skirts or shorts are not permitted, even with leggings. 5” in-seam required
Skirts Jumpers	Navy blue, preferably twill or corduroy	Target, Costco and JCPenny have great skirts, skorts (skirt/shorts combination), and jumpers.

Shoes
