Drop Off
School Campus opens at 8:00AM.
Drop-Off Procedures
To help ensure a smooth and safe arrival each morning, please follow the designated drop-off areas for each grade level:
Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Grades:
Drop-off will take place in the Main Staff Parking Lot. Use the car drive-up lane on the right-hand side, closest to the school building. Cones will mark the drop-off lane.
👉 Please pull all the way forward before letting your child out of the car.
4th, and 5th Grades:
Drop-off will be along Bermuda Dr, by the gates to the Main Playground. Use the right-hand side drive-up lane, closest to the school.
👉 Again, please pull forward as far as possible before dropping off your student.
For Everyone’s Safety:
Stay in a single-file line while exiting the drop-off lane—please don’t pass other cars that are still unloading.
Adults should remain in the car during drop-off.
Students should be able to exit the car on their own and carry their belongings, as staff support may be limited during this busy time.
Parking Reminder:
The Main Parking Lot is reserved for staff only. If you need to park and walk your child in, we kindly ask that you use street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
Pick Up
Pick up Procedures

Located in the Main Staff Parking lot. Car drive up lane will be on the right hand side, closest to the school. There will be cones marking the drop off lane. Please pull all the way forward in the pick up lane to wait for your student.
👉Students will wait with their teachers by the Main Gate until they see their car pull up. Adults must stay IN YOUR CAR during pick up. Either a staff member or a teacher will release the student to their car. Students must be able to open their car door and enter their car safely, as there may not be enough staff to help.
4th, and 5th Grades:
Located on Bermuda Dr, by the gates to the Main Playground. Car drive up lane will be on the right hand side, closest to the school. Please pull all the way forward in the pick up lane to wait for your student. Students will be exiting campus through the gated doors by the Main Playground.
👉Students will wait by the gated doors until they see their car in the pick up lane. Adults must stay IN YOUR CAR during pick up. Either a staff member or a teacher will release the student to their car.

K-5 Drop Off & Pick Up System: Walking
For families who are parking in the neighborhood or walking to school, please make sure to follow traffic laws and cross the street using the designated crosswalks. This will help us with the flow of traffic. We understand that sometimes things happen, and you may run late, but your safety is more important.
🚶♂️ When parking on neighborhood streets, be mindful not to block driveways or access to homes. Please do NOT block our neighbor’s driveways during morning drop off or afternoon pick up. Let's be good neighbors!
Afterschool Program Pick Up
Annex Pick up:
If your student attends Annex, they will head to the Lunch Court to meet the Annex Teachers.
Afterschool Van Pick up:
If your student goes to an afterschool program that comes to College Park for afterschool pick up, students will meet their drivers at the Lunch Court. From there, the drivers & students will walk out from the gates by the Main Playground to the parked vans.
(Updated) Van Pick-Ups: Afterschool vans may only park or use the car pick-up zone at 3:00PM
